I had a severely bent front wheel on my 2015 trek 8.3 ds , I called earlier in the day and spoke to a guy in service. I ended up going to the store later on that day, I bought a wheel for less than expected and cheaper than I could find online or other stores. Clark was the guy who sold me the wheel , he was very helpful. He even chatted with me about how to tune my wheel since the reason my wheel was bent was my bike fell off my bike rack while driving . Clark was helpful , knowledgeable, pleasant, and took the time to ensure I understood how to swap out the wheel. A+ job
